DocuTek offers both annual support agreements for document management and distribution hardware and software, as well as Depot and Advanced Exchange contracts or Time & Materials service. An annual support agreement covers all parts and labor and includes two scheduled preventative maintenance visits per year. DocuTek has a factory trained and certified hardware and software support staff. In most cases, we offer same day response and use only genuine, manufacturer recommended, parts. We offer repair services and annual support contracts on the following equipment:
