Our Company: History DocuTek is a document management solutions provider, with special expertise in the areas of electronic document management systems (EDMS), micrographics, document conversion services, and Enterprise Content Management (ECM). We have partnered with companies like Canon, Lexmark, Hyland, and Kodak to be able to offer our clients document management solutions that are perfectly suited to their unique needs. With over ten years experience and over 700 customers throughout Colorado and Southern Wyoming, DocuTek is a proven leader in providing companies and organizations with integrated document management solutions, micrographic equipment and a variety of document conversion services. People The management and staff of DocuTek have over 75 years combined experience in the document imaging service bureau and document management solutions integration fields. We pride ourselves on our professionalism, expertise and dedication to the complete satisfaction of our clients. Originally incorporated in 1995, owners Jay Hoagland and Ken Voiles acquired the company in November of 2006. Jay has over 20 years experience in the industry with duties that have ranged from service bureau management to sales management.
